GINA DACUMOS, GENERAL MANAGER

Born and raised in California, Gina Dacumos has continuously and steadfastly climbed her way up the executive ladder in both the film and recording industry.

Getting her start in the film industry, Dacumos spent three years gaining the experience in developing national promotion/marketing and advertising campaigns in print, radio, retail, and TV.

Dacumos' business acumen caught the attention of executives at independent record labels, where she spent the next five years assisting in the development and management of the careers of several artists and producers, and interfacing with national promotion representatives, radio personnel, and major label executives.

Recently, Dacumos acquired the General Manager position at the independent Rap and R&B record label "Tone Struck Records", distributed by the new Warner Music Group. While heading the day to day business operations of this label, Dacumos is also deeply involved in the development of new artists, national promotion/marketing activities, and formulating business plans to expand Tone Struck Records into other genres of music and entertainment.

Keeping true to her passion for "the indies", Dacumos is also consulting the development of a new record label with a roster of established artists, plus overseeing the launch of another entertainment company's series of films and musical releases.
